"Designated goods / designated services" are goods or services designated when filing a trademark application. When filing a trademark application, the goods or services for which you wish to use the "trademark" filed are defined as "designated goods / designated services" in the "trademark application" filed to the JPO. The class is a classification of goods and services by its category, and all goods or services are classified into any of the categories 1 to 45.

EXAMINATIONDepending on the examination results of the JPO, it may be necessary to file an argument or amendment, in which case our fee may be charged additionally.
